We’re excited to announce that Hyke and Seagull Pte Ltd have signed a strategic partnership agreement to manufacture and advance Hyke’s innovative autonomous electric passenger shuttles for Asia and beyond.
This milestone agreement was signed during Nor-Shipping 2025 in Oslo, the flagship event for maritime innovations celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. In conjunction with Nor-Shipping, the Singapore Norway Chamber of Commerce organised the Singapore@Nor-Shipping event to which Seagull and Hyke were invited. We were honoured to meet with Mr Murali Pillai, Senior Minister of State for Law and Transport during the event and took a group photo together with SMS, H.E. Leif Trana, Norwegian Ambassador to Singapore, Mr. Simon Kuik, President of the Association of Singapore Marine and Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI), and Mr. Dennis Lee, Deputy Director, Enterprise Singapore.
The Hyke Shuttle is a state-of-the-art autonomous electric passenger vessel with a low-carbon footprint, advanced electric propulsion and smart autonomous navigation technology by fellow Norwegian company Zeabuz. As part of this collaboration, Seagull will lead the integration, manufacturing, and technology development of the Hyke platform across the Asia-Pacific region. This partnership reinforces the strong collaboration between Norway and Singapore and our shared ambition to co-innovate on greener, smarter, and more connected maritime solutions.
