Located in Tuas, Singapore, Seagull’s headquarters boasts a full-scale EPCIC hub and fabrication yard equipped to support complex offshore and marine projects. With best-in-class machining facilities, an in-house dormitory, and workforce of up to 350 staff, the yard is purpose-built to deliver precision across ship repairs, structural fabrication, machinery overhaul, and electrical works.
As Seagull’s operational heart, the Singapore yard serves as a centre of excellence for marine fabrication, backed by deep local expertise and a commitment to engineering performance without compromise.

Established in August 2024, this yard is located in the Tanjung Langsat Marine Terminal area — a strategic location with deep water berths.
Expansive and equipped with modern infrastructure and logistics support, it offers a full suite of fabrication facilities, thereby enhancing the Seagull advantage and capabilities in Southeast Asia.

ONE-STOP MARINE SERVICES HUB FOR OIL, GAS, AND WIND ENERGY
Strategically located within the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, Dubai, this yard augments Seagull’s capabilities in the UAE, particularly for the oil, gas, and wind energy sectors.
Officially launched on 11 Nov 2024, it boasts a 160,000 sqft ship repair and maintenance facility fully equipped to serve offshore oil companies and international shipowners alike.
